1. Be Somebody

Cold. Rainy. Foggy. Scotland.

I have been at the University of Glasgow studying to become a PE teacher for the last 3 years. I have always loved helping people and watching people grow. I always wanted to Be Somebody, so did my friends from Cheshire. Em has been studying to become a Lawyer, Nick a Microbiologist, Ella a Fashion Designer, and my Best friend from Scotland has been studying to become a teacher as well - a music teacher but a teacher nonetheless. Harry one of my friend group from the Shire went on the X Factor about 6 years ago and never looked back, I don't blame him really, Couldn't imagine anyone wanting to go back to being a boring old Univeristy when you can travel the world doing what you love! 

I moved to Cheshire from Glasgow when I was 7 with my Mum Trish, Step Dad Simon (who is from Crewe originally so makes sense), my brother Ross and my dog Kiera. My Mum and Dad split up and he stayed in Glasgow and is now with my lovely Step Mum Iona, we always visited when we lived down south but now I'm home i just live with them.

I started my Probationary year for teaching in August, so 5 months in. I love it! Teaching PE is a passion not a job, it makes things much easier. The PE staff and whole school staff are lovely, honestly i couldn't have asked for a better bunch to work with. I'm 22 now and one of my Principal teachers is only 26 it's amazing it really gives me some goal. The school I'm working in just now is really focused on statistics and image so are constantly looking for ways to improve and get our name out there. We've had all sorts of visitors and people tweeting about us to get some fame. It's great but Andy my boss was telling the team we may be getting higher up the charts and Niall Horan is in talks with the head teacher about coming to visit and do a talk on what it was like to be bullied at school etc and obviously with me knowing Harry I also knew Niall but we don't really speak much now, obviously.

Niall and I got along the best out of all of 1D as him and Harry were really close and Niall was from Ireland so wasn't always able to go home when he could so we seen him around the most. Oh well I'm sure I'll find out if he does come. I think it would be quite nice to see him.. ?

It's currently tuesday I'm about to head to my Period 4 class which is S4 Dance Academy, think we're gonna learn a dance to Shout Out to my Ex by Little Mix.

Thought I'd write a little story. Always been a fan of 1D so thought i'd just go for it. Hope it's ok, if there's any tips anyone would like to give me please do! Gonna list songs I listen to while writing too, I love when other writers do to learn of new musicians.
