I think all of the "3 days in the infirmary" are wrong when by the, end of the first hour Nico and Will are kissing in public and stuff.
I feel like it would take them weeks maybe even months before they actually admitted they had a thing for each other.

Percy and Jason would "Accidently" give each other tiny cuts not too much bigger than the typical paper cut just so they would have a reason to go to the infirmary and spy on Nico and Will.
Will would totally call Nico into the infirmary for stupid reasons just so he could have a reason to talk to the little goth boy.
I just feel like the whole camp would be on Solangelo while Will and Nico are still in denial.
