Chres's POV

Denise is making me wanna jump over this fucking stand and choke the living hell out her, I'm glad its time for Yn to go up

judge: I understand he's your boyfriend but that doesn't mean lie for him

Yn: we've been together for the longest, through ups and downs never has he once put his hands on me, we have 5 kids living in our house, our kids and his nephew he has never put his hands on those kids, he would never put his hands on them cause I would never allow it, he's a great father and a great boyfriend, I've tooken care of Lorenz even when we broke up for a month or 2, even if something ever was to happen to Chres I'd never abandon Lorenz

Yn walks off the stand and sits back down next to me and the judge calls a 30 minute recess and we get up and walk out the court room

me: let's go to subway real quick

she rolls her eyes cause she knows I only wanna eat because I'm trying to run away from my problems, we walk out the court house and walk across the street to dubway, we split a footlong and go back to the court house and into the court room just as she's sitting Down

judge: I believe in change but your last name is all to familiar, your family is very....how do I put this?......off the chain, your child could be in harm's way so I'm giving joint custody to Denise meaning Lorenz will live with Ms.Dezhae your allowed visiting rights, you pick him up from school, if you take him he has to be back before 10:30 pm, Lorenz may remain with Mr.August for another week
