Season 1, Episode 11 [Sisters of Mercy]

Cassandra accidentally kicks a bottle as I help her limp through the underground tunnels that Citizen Z told us to go into. I don't see why he did, though, there's nothing down here but pipes and cobwebs, it's cold and damp and barely livable. The scent of wet concrete radiates from every surface and I rather not stay down here for too long- the chill goes straight to my bones.

"Sorry," Cassandra apologizes at a whisper.

Suddenly a beam of light comes from down a hall we're nearing upon, two people emerge, a man and a woman.

"Hold it right there," Warren tells them.

One of the people is a blonde, bearded man and the other is a red-headed woman with a peculiar bat. I feel like I've seen them before and it tugs at the back of my mind. The blonde shines his flashlight at Murphy who hisses like an animal.

"It's the damn wonder-twins," Murphy grunts, then I realize that these two were the people they were traveling with before the gun show.

     "Guys!" Warren exclaims.

     "What?" Doc gasps.

Everyone murmurs their surprise and joy to see the two again, the girl- Addy I think it was, hugs Warren and they kiss each other on the cheek before Warren hugs the guy- I remember being named Mack.

"Never, I mean never in a million years did I think I'd see you guys again," Doc admits as he hugs Mack.

Addy makes her way towards me and Cassandra- so I let Cassandra go. Addy wraps Cassandra in a huge hug that lasts for quite a long time, when Addy is done hugging Cassandra she turns to me; "Cap right?" She asks me.

     "That's right," I smile.

"Great to see you again," she says and hugs me, I'm taken by shock but I hug back, in the end, the heat radiating from her skin warms my cold bones. She pulls away and walks back over to the bearded man, Mack.

"So Z send you guys?" Mack asks us.

"Yeah, he told us there was food and some guy named Chester that could help us out," Cassandra informs him.

"Yeah, he told us that too- but we're starting to have our doubts," Mack tells us.

"Okay well it should be- y'know what- right down there," Warren gestures over her shoulder at a hallway opposite the one Mack and Addy came from. "Let's go," she says and takes off down the hall.

I wrap my arm around Cassandra's waist and she slings her arm around my neck, which I grab as we follow Warren. We reach a metal door which Warren knocks on, letting the thuds echo for a second before opening it and ducking into the dark room, no darker than the hall, though.

"Hello?" She calls in, Addy follows her, Murphy on their tails.

"Well, I guess we found Chester," I hear Addy say as she heads further into the room.

As I help Cassandra through the door I see what she means, there's an old, white-haired and bearded man with a bullet through his brain in an office chair that sits at a desk on the wall of the room, it's a fairly small room- what looks like a small kitchen inhabits the right side of the room and the only things on the left are the desk, the desk chair and the dead body of who is presumably Chester.

"Hello Chester," Addy greets as she shines her flashlight on him.

We all enter the room and Addy circles Chester's head with her spiked bat before bashing his head in once, twice, thrice, at least a dozen times, the blood spatters her face and drenches her bat. We all stare at her and I turn to where Cassandra stands beside me and 10k behind me.
