127. Unlikely Help

He motioned for him with his hand to come in as the guard sat next to Ryan. "Плохие новости, мы смотрели во всем, и мы не могли его найти."
(Bad news, we looked all over and we couldn't find him.)

Ryan was angered by this and his rage started to grow on the inside, "Какие!?" He said which made Valerie jump (What!?) "Где ебут он?!" (Where the fuck is he?!)

"Соседи сказали, что он оставил два часа, прежде чем мы получили там, но они не знают, куда он пошел."
(The neighbors said he left two hours before we got there, but they don't know where he went.)

Ryan grumbled, "Этот сукин сын. Где бы он ни был, он не может быть далеко. Мы попробуем еще раз в час." He said as the man nodded and got up and left.
(That son of a bitch. Wherever he is, he can't be far. We'll try again in an hour.)

Valerie thought that Ryan was going to tell her to get her stuff so they can leave, but instead he closed his eyes  and relaxed as he leaned back against the wall

After a few minutes later they left the sauna and changed back into their clothes. When they reached the hotel room, she began to take off her shoes and place them by the door. "I'll use the first bathroom and you can use the one in the room." Valerie said going to the bathroom as she began to take off her shirt

After her shower she came out with a towel wrapped around her body and put her hair up in a loose bun. She went in the room to find some clothes to wear but spotted the bowl of oatmeal sitting on a silver tray on the side of the bed.

"I see you found your breakfast." Ryan said coming out of the bathroom already dressed

"Thank you, that was sweet of you."

He sat on the edge of the bed and picked the bowl up, "I figured you would want this instead of having a big breakfast." He patted the spot next to him as he handed her the bowl of oatmeal

"Uhm, don't you have to get ready, to uh, go do some stuff." She said quietly as he gave her a lazy smile

"It's not time for me to go just yet." He said putting on his shoes. "What do you have in mind on doing today?"

"I wouldn't mind going to the movies."

"Ok, I'll have the kids come back so you can go to the movies."

"Thank you."

"No problem, I'll be back later and if you need anything call me" He said getting up

"Will do." Valerie finished up the remainder of her oatmeal and placed the bowl back on the tray and took the whole thing into the kitchen. She came back to the room and changed into some clothes

Before she could finish tying her other shoe, she heard the knocks on the door and 'mom it's us' from Jeremiah. She opened the door and they all came flooding in the room with big smiles. "Aw mom you missed it! We had a blast at the park." Jeremiah said

"Yeah, the twins threw up!" Lilly said happily

"Are y'all alright?" She asked looking at them with their rosy cheeks and flushed faces

"They're fine, too much red kool-aid. We tried to tell them, but they wouldn't listen to us." Jeremiah said

"Luckily for them, they threw up on each other and not one of us." Lilly said

"Yeah and I got the whole thing on video."

"We're fine mom, honest. After that, we never felt better and we rode six more rides." Isaiah said
