Ryan is a no nonsense type of guy and isn't one to do the relationship thing, it's not his style.
He's more of a hit it and quit it type of guy; some label him as a bad boy, but he's just living life the way he wants to....
That is, until one day...
Valerie was shocked by this as he set the handles down and got off the machine. "Don't be discouraged, sooner or later you'll be as good as me or maybe even better."
"I'll work on it." She answered
"Are you in the mood for another?"
"Yeah."
"This one is much easier, it's the leg press."
"Ok now that one, I know I can do." She said confidently as she put a thirty pound weight on each side of the leg bar

After about thirty minutes of doing almost every heavy lifting thing in the gym, they decided to call it quits. "We haven't been in a sauna room before, let's go do that." He suggested
"Ok, I always wanted to go in one of those. I'll meet you inside." She went to the bathroom to change in the robes but kept her sports bra on and carried her clothes with her to the sauna
Ryan was changed into a towel wrapped around his waist, one hung around his neck and no shirt on as he had his clothes neatly folded next to the wall. She put her clothes next to his as she sat on the bench next to him.
"Today's been a great morning." He said
"Yeah, I got to do things that I've never done before and for the most part I liked it."
"You never know what you might like until you try it." He said patting her knee and leaned his head back on the wall
"You know something, we've been together for quite some time now and I don't think I've ever asked you this question."
He opened his eyes up and glanced at her, "What's that?"
"The story behind your tattoos." She said touching his arm
"My tattoos? There really isn't a story behind them."
"Well, why do you have Pretty Boy Floyd's mugshot on your arm?"
He glanced at the tattoo on the back of his bicep and smiled, "Because, chicks dig bad boys."
"Really? Did it help you get any women?"
"Of course, I got you didn't I?" He smirked
"I'll admit, when I first meet you I knew you were a 'bad boy' and everything in me was telling me to stay away, but I didn't want to. I like a bad boy every now and then." She shrugged
"Lucky you, you've got the baddest of them all." He said kissing her sweaty cheek
They both sat in silence for a few minutes as the effects of the sauna started to really kick in, but Ryan was sweating a lot more than Valerie was. There was a small peck on the door as Ryan looked up to see one of his bodyguards standing there.
