Chapter 20

Niall's POV

The bright sun shown through my window and my eyes fluttered open. Suddenly I remembered what was happening today. I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs to where Rodger was making breakfast

"RODGER RODGER MY SWEET CADE IS COMING HOME AND IVE NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPY IN MY LIFE!!"

"Well thank goodness you won't be a mopey mess anymore."

"Whooooo!! Cade's coming home Cade's coming home!" I sang. I was really excited. Rodger put a pancake on my plate and I could hardly eat. I was bouncing off the walls. I ran upstairs and picked up my phone. I called Cade and she answered

"Hey nialler!"

"Hi sunshine!! Your coming home today! I get to see my beautiful girl and we can make out and get married!!"

"I know I know I can't wait!! Your gonna wait for me at the airport right?"

"Of course! Why wouldn't I! I miss you I miss you I miss you!!"

"I'll see you soon my love!"

"Alright! See you soon! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" I was squealing and smiling so much my cheeks hurt! I couldn't wait to see Cade! I couldn't wait to smell her beautiful blond hair and see her cutie little face! The last time I was this happy was in 8th grade when Lou Teasdale agreed to go to the movies with me. But this was way way more exciting! The love of my life was gonna be back in my arms after so long and I couldn't wait! Her flight was supposed to land at about 5:45 pm so I had a bit of waiting to do. But all the waiting was killing me. I was so desperate to feel her touch and hug her and kiss her and snuggle with her and eat with her and live with her and be happy with her! I had to do something to take my mind of of things or else I might literally explode because I was not a very patient person and I wanted to see Cade. I went to my room and put in a video game. Which only made me more impatient because every time me and Cade play video games she whips my ass! But I still played. I just a could hardly wait to see my girl!

Cade's POV

I woke up with the most excitement ever rushing through my body! Today I was heading home to see Niall!! I went to my dads room and he was up.

"Morning daddy!!"

"Someone's happy this morning."

"I get to see Niall today!!"

"I know I'm so exited for you sweetums."

"You promise you'll be fine?"

"I promise. Don't worry about me honey."

"Ok. I'm gonna go eat!!"

"Ok sweetie."

I ran to the kitchen and poured me a bowl of cereal. I was so excited to see Niall. I missed him so much. He's such a sweet boy and I know this whole thing was super hard on him. But now after all this time I get to see him! I love him and I can't wait to hug him! Niall called me and we talked for a little while. He is so excited! He was squealing and his voice was all happy and sweet! I just couldn't wait to kiss him! I decided to go and hang out with my best friend ever Gemma. She was from England and moved to the states when she was little. She had a brother called Harry and the three of us were inseparable. I walked over to their house and rang the bell. Harry opened the door and jumped up and down

"Oh my gosh Cade it's been forever!!"

"It's been like 10 months Harry not that long."

"Hey Cade!" Gemma came to the door.

"I thought we could hang out today. I'm heading back to Ireland today but not until about 2:00." I said

"We'd love that! Wanna go to the mall?" Gemma suggested

"Eww no not the mall!" Harry quickly blurted

"We could go to the park and play some soccer? I know we all like soccer." I said

"Sure!l they both said at the same time. Harry went inside and grabbed their soccer ball and then we all walked to the park. We played some soccer for about an hour and then we all got hungry because it was 12:30

"Why don't we go get some lunch?" Asked Harry

"Sure! Sounds good."

"Ok what do we want to get?" Gemma asked

"How about pizza?"

"Sure!" When we got to the pizza place we ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. We all ate and laughed and had a really good time. I had missed my friends and family and it was good to be back. We talked about Niall and Ireland. And they asked me all kinds of questions.

"Does he like to sing at all?" Harry asked

"Yep! He sings to me all the time. Like when I'm having one of my panic attacks he sings to me to calm me down."

"Awwwww that's so romantic!" Gemma gushed

"Guys I really need to get going. It was so nice to hang out with you!"

"Alright Cade! See you next time!" I waved to them and walked back home. I gathered my things and walked into my dads room to see that he was asleep. I went and tapped his shoulder.

"Daddy?"

"Yes pumpkin?" He sat up and rubbed his eyes

"Can you drive me to the airport? I need to go home soon."

"Mhmm. Just let me get dressed."I sat on the couch and waited till he came out. Once he came out of his room we got into the car and he drove me to the airport. He walked me inside and when it was time for me to go he hugged me.

"Good bye sweet pea. Go see Niall."

"Thanks dad. I will. I love you."

"I love you too." I walked through security and then to my plane. Once I got on the plane I fell asleep.

I woke up and started bouncing in my seat. I was almost there almost in Niall's arms! I was so close! I got off the plane and when I walked out I saw Niall waiting. I ran up to him and hugged him. He started kissing me and before we knew it we were making out. Once we pulled away he just hugged me. He was crying and I was crying and I just let him hold me.

"Don't leave me for that long ever again."

"I won't. I promise."

Here in Niall's arms I felt loved I felt happy and I felt warm. I felt protected and secure and most importantly I felt at home!
