Isn't it odd that lustful love is only a line away from real love?
We have crushes on people we barely know, because we see what we want to see. We take this person, gather up things we like about them or have in common with them, or what we expect them to be, and pretty much disregard any "flaws" that they might have.
I guess, in order to truly love someone, it's important to see them as a whole, as a person who will not always match us, or will have different ways of thinking or reasoning. And many times, seeing a person as a whole will change your perspective about them. There will be times where you will not see the light hit them in the perfect places; instead, you'll be staring at them in the dark and wondering what they're really thinking.
We really are such beautifully complex beings.
