[Toriel's House, Ruins | 9:12]
You woke up in a soft, red bed. The room had a red hue to it, making it look like it was warm. There was a closet, a table, a box of toys, and some other bedroom stuff. You decide to explore later.

A nice scent entered the room.

It smelled like Butterscotch.. and Cinnamon!

You decided to go out and check where was the nose-tickling, hunger inducing smell coming from.

The hallway was a nice cream yellow, with yellow plants and a table. There were two other doors to explore, but one of the doors had a sign on it. It was too far to read. So you just continued your journey to find the scent's source.

While walking the long hallway, you think about life. Along with life, is happiness, sadness, family, and.. That oh-so familiar word.

Pain.

But nothing came.

It was probably cured of you.

You are relieved.

You continue walking down the hallway and reach a bigger room. There was a stairway down, a door probably leading outside, and the continuation of the hallway.

You decided to just continue, you were starving after all.

You entered a smaller room. There sat Toriel, reading a book.

"Oh, hello my child. I baked Butterscotch and Cinnamon pie! I guess that was what woke you up." She giggled.

You nodded and looked to your left, a glorious slice of pie sitting on a fine piece of china. The fork was placed beside the plate, wrapped in a nice little cloth.

You sat down eagerly to eat the pie. You took the fork, unwrapping it from it's cloth and cutting off a piece of the pie. You ate it. It tasted like Heaven. You took more and more bites until the pie was finished without a trace.

"I see you are very hungry, do you wish for more pie?" Toriel offered.

Then you finally spoke.

"No thank you, I would save it for later so that we can eat it together!" I smiled.

"My, your voice is so pretty! It compliments your nice personality!" (Should this be a gender neutral book? I use she for the reader, but you can change it)

"Thank you, mom."

Mom.

Had a nice ring to it.

"Mother? Well, if you want to call me that then I shall treat you as my child!" She hugged me tight.

"Thank you for everything.."

"Oh, it's nothing really. It's my job."

What did she mean by that?

"Then you are the best at your job!"

"Thank you too for keeping me company here.. It has been a while since the last ... Nevermind that. Well, make yourself at home. You may explore. But.. Please do not go downstairs."

"Ok!"

You walked towards the hallway. You decided to explore the room beside yours.

You opened the door. It was a blue-themed room. There was a giant blue bed to the far left, a drawer, a desk with a book on top, and a bookshelf. You looked at the book. It had a part where it was circled with red ink. You read it.

"Why did the skeleton want a friend?

-Because he was feeling bonely."

You laughed at the corny joke. You looked at the bed. It's size intimidated you. You were tempted to jump up and down on it, but you thought that Toriel might come. You looked at the bookshelf and picked a book. You opened it half-way. The passage read: "-often called 'water sausages'." You couldn't read the rest because it was splattered with a red, sticky substance that smelt like tomatoes. You went over to the drawer and opened one of them.

Scandalous! Toriel's collection of socks!

You closed the drawer.

After you explored everything to explore in Toriel's room, you went back to your room to explore that.

The toy box had old, dusty toys in it. You weren't interested in toys anyway. You opened the closet next to your bed. The closet had many green sweaters, all with one big yellow stripe in the middle. One of them smelt like Butterscotch and Cinnamon pie. You closed it. You looked at the picture on the table.

...

There was a drawing on the wall. It was of a yellow buttercup. How cute.

Your eyes grew heavy, so you decided to go to sleep.
