Are We On Mars?

Chapter Thirty-One

   The lights go out as  Alderwood and Lionshine fell suddenly to the ground. Lionshine got up onto her paws in the darkness, not being able to see anything in the room. "Good job," she said sarcastically "At least you've got the gravity back on again, but now you turned off all of the lights. Come on, help me find the light switch."

    The two cats flip the switches in the control room, causing the ship to lurch forward and flip upside down, until they finally get the right one.

    "There" said Alderwood Happily "It's as if nothing ever happened!"

    "Except something did happen, you dumby" scolded his sister, hitting him on the back of the head. Suddenly, The door busted open, revealing two cats who were wearing mall cop hat's .

    "Halt!" shouted one of the cats "Who goes there?"

    "No one!" shouted Alderwood and he and his sister disappeared behind a giant screen of smoke. The two guards looked around in awe. 

    Little did the two Outer space cats know, that the two cats were right beneath their tiny paws in a crammed little box. "Move over, would you?" Hissed Lionshine "You are intruding my bubble."

    "I'm sorry, but I didn't plan on having two people in the box when I made it!" replied her brother.

    "Why did you make this box in the first place?"

    "I was bored and I wanted a place to catch up On Glee. I'm very behind!"

    "Good to know. Anyway, how do we get out of hear?"

    "You open the little trapdoor beneath us and we fall down." Said The tom as he pushed down the floor and the two cats slid down a slide. "Whee! Isn't this fun?!"

    "Only if you like having a bruised bum!" replied Lionshine.

    "Oh stop being so-" before he could finish his sentance, they dropped out into the food court and fell onto Greenface who was walking back from the Bathroom.

    Lionshine Grabbed them by there paws and started running to the entrance and passed by Pebblepounce and Shadewhisker, who quickly followed.

    "Why are we running?" asked Pebbleponce through deep breaths "You know I don't do running."

    "Don't ask questions, just run." The five cats ran around the Mall-Hub-Thing until they reached the door. They put on their helmets and ran across the bridge that lead to their own space shuttle. Shadewhisker closed the door behind them as they stopped and caught there breath.

    "Okay, What was that about?" hissed Shadewhisker, extremely annoyed.

    "Hang on, listen when I talk to Astro" 

~Ten minuets later...~

    "You did what?!" Shouted Astro "How Could you- Why would you-" The cat takes a deep breath before resuming "Whatever, just keep going. Skip Uranus and go straight onto Neptune.

    Meanwhile, Alderwood was laughing in the corner "Uranus," he said to himself, and laughed some more.

    The cats continued their journey through the Milky Way as Alderwood was making jokes about Uranus."
