She is called a Kardashian because she oddly looks more like Robert Kardashian (first 4 kids father) more then her real dad Bruce. She was named Kayla after Roberts favourite girl name.
Her twin sister is Kylie Jenner
She was hidden because the pap and some family would try to ruin young Kayla because of how much she looks like Robert Kardashian and they wanted at least one of they re children to experience a real life.
Her childhood was troubled and she was neglected
Her parents gave the school money to change her last name and to not tell anyone her real idenity.
Kayla never really had many clothes of her own, she had to share with Kylie
