James had a determined look on his face,"I will."

"How." Crystal took a bite of enchilada .

"Um...uh....you're...."

Crystal smiled,"Knew it."

"Reason number one," James started. "You're super smart." James smiled as Crystal's smile disappeared.

"Reason two, you like bands a whole bunch of people like. Who doesn't like My Chemical Romance."

"For your information, a lot of people don't like that band."

"Reason three, you-"

"Okay, okay enough with the reasons! I get it, I get it." She thought for a second. "Why do all the other students call me different?"

"Simple. They're jealous."

Crystal snorted."Likely."

"I'll prove it!"

"How are you expecting to do that!"

"I'll do it!"

Crystal hystericaly laughed.

"Okay," she started. "Prove to me that Miss Margarie is jealous of me."

"Okay. Challenge accepted."

As Crystal walked away to go to the library, no doubt, James face fell. How in the world is he going to find out a way the most popular girl in the school, is jealous of the least popular girl in school.

First, James thought about him being around her. Too small of a reason. She wanted a quality, something that made her not feel as different. He thought about this very hard. He just had to hang around Margarie more. Not that he wanted to do this.

James walked over to Margarie,"Hey....uh....I was just wondering, do you want to hang out?"  James thought he was going to explode when he said this.

Margarie fixed her dress, and smiled,"Yes." She thought for a minute. "Why were you hanging out with Crystal of all people?"

"Uh...I'm....she... I really don't know."

"Well, I better not be seeing you with her again," Margarie spat,"she's not good enough for you!"

James jerked back, knowing there had to be some sort of reason that made Margarie jealous of her. He just had to find out.

James went to the library for the remainder of lunch, and found Crystal sketching something, which appeared to be a skeleton.

"Hey-" James started.

Crystal kept drawing. James decided to pull her earbuds out.

"Meet me at the Coffee Bean, five o'clock. Don't be late."

Crystal just stood up as the dismissal bell rang. She really didn't want to talk to him. Not after that bet. James was a determined person, he was bound to find a way that Margarie was jealous of her.
