"What?" Paul asked as Daryl was putting his things away. "Nothing! Can ya jus leave me alone?!" Daryl snapped slamming his locker and lightly pushing Paul out of the way. Paul stood there as the older boy walked off. "You're welcome for sticking up for you!" Paul shouted making Daryl stop in his tracks "Ya didn't have to." He said "But I did Daryl, suck it up and deal with it. It hurts seeing you get picked on by everyone and you haven't done anything!" Paul said returning Daryl's attitude back at him. Pauls caring sent shivers down Daryl's back making him blush as well. "Thanks.." he mumbled. Paul walked next to him and they both walked outside. Daryl walked to his motorcycle as Paul went to his car he watched as Daryl took off on his bike he soon got in the car and sat for a moment to collect himself. He put his head in his hands sighing. Paul wish he could get to Daryl, get him to open up to him. Paul didnt want to be like everyone in Daryls life, he wanted to be his friend and maybe more.
