Most behaved Child // Part 3

Start from the beginning

"Heath, stop whining!" I snapped, turning to glare at him.

He huffed, crossing his arms and turning away from us.

I rolled my eyes.

Talk about childish.

"Ethan, I know I won't get the report or anything before I leave but can I atleast see him before I go? We don't know what the future holds. Please." I turned to Ethan, giving him my best puppy dog face.

He sighed, the struggle to agree or refuse clear on his face.

"Don't bribe me with that face."

I pouted my lower lip further.

"Oh my God! FINE! You can see him." Ethan turned away, throwing his hand in air, muttering strings of obscenities under his breathe.

YAS! Works every time.

"What're you tryna do? Get your face back to normal. You look like a cow." Heath questioned, his face contorted in confusion as he looked down at me.

He just had to butt in. I'm losing my patience with him here. I dunno how I'll survive Arizona.

I glared at him, clenching my jaw before I did something which'll change Ethan's mind, making him cross enough to refuse to what he just agreed upon.

"Lemme see what I can do. Stay here. Both of you." Ethan warned, pointing at Heath and me, both.

"Why do I've to suffer with her?!" Heath groaned, grouching again. That's all he ever does.

And I closed my eyes, counting to 10.

I couldn't commit a murder in front of two witnesses.

*~~~~~~~*

"23, 24, 25-"

"FOR HUNDRETH TIME, HEATH! STOP IT!" I yelled.

I lost it. I just couldn't help it.

The bastard had been hitting me with Cheetos pieces on the head since Ethan left. He took a packet from the vending machine and instead of eating it like usual people, he'd been hitting me with it since he was bored. His words.

"-26, 27, 28."

Alora, too many witnesses. You can't kill him here. Take him out, at least.

That's what I'd been chanting in my head all this time to stop my hands, which were itching to snap that neck of his.

"Thank the fuck you're here." I cried as soon as Ethan came in view.

"I swear, I was this close to ending his life. This close" I left an exact 1 inch gap between my thumb and index finger.

"Nonsense. She loves me too much to do that." Heath scoffed, coming to stand beside me, grinning in my direction as he turned to face Ethan.

"Do I even wanna know?" Ethan looked in between us, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Trust me. You don't. Anyway, what did they say? Can I see him?" I asked, changing the subject.

His eyes lit up, a grin breaking out.

YES!

"Yup. But from only above. There's this a small room with a window which kinda like gives you a bird's eye view of the operation theatre but it's only for the doctors. I bribed them a little so, you can go in. That's all they can offer since it's highly dangerous for Travon if you go in the surgery room. His body's too sensitive with the surgery happening and he might catch some bacteria."
