A boy in a blue leather jacket tossed stone high up in air and into the sea. He closed his eyes in frustration and listened to the sound of waves that were coming his way. He reopened his coffee brown eyes and ran a hand through his now messy brown locks that were in this eyes. Cold was getting to him...
-Ay! Dylan! Come check this out!- someone shouted in the distance.
That made him snap his head only to see a mint haired guy, he assumed was Dylan, in the distance smirking and then going to the abandoned railway station and port. He couldn't care less but the fact made him nervous. His "hideout" was there, after all. With all the riches he managed to get stuck up during his runaway years. So he quietly stood up and followed after them.
Apparently mint guy didn't go far. He ended up walking to a pink haired (Yes. His hair was dirty pink.) boy who was spray painting a container with some street art. He made sure to stay invisible to their eyes and listened. Pink dude asked: -How does it look?
Mint one stayed silent before smirking and replying: -Like shit...
Pink dude rolled his eyes and stayed quiet, choosing to ignore his previous line: -Come on let's go back, boys are probably waiting.
-Ya, sure. Before we do though, the boy who followed me here. Please come out...
He froze. Shit. They caught him. If he did ran they would think he was up to something and chase him down. He was strong, of course. But those two seemed buff and older so he wouldn't stand a chance in fight.
-We don't have all day...- Dylan chimed.
"Damn it..." he thought and slowly stepped out in the open. Dylan must have been expecting someone else because he frowned and snorted. He broke into cold sweat but surprisingly Dylan stayed still.
-Who sent you here?- He looked at him confused, but before he could respond pink guy said: -Come on Dylan... He looks... 18? No one would send him.
Dylan seemed to take that into consideration. -How old are you?
-19...- He responded shortly, looking him in the eye. Challenging him probably wasn't a good idea, but he tried to look fierce. Judging from the fact that Dylan asked him if someone had sent him, meant that they had some dirt on them. So I it came to it he could use that.
Surprising Dylan's expression softened: -Do you have a place to stay at?
-Ya it's near here, so I followed you to make sure you wouldn't find it...- he confessed
-Come on with us... We might feed you something, skinny bones.- he said, turning his back on both of them and started working towards the green container.
-Hey! Where to?- he called after him.
Dylan just showed him his middle finger and mumbled: -Get going noob! You too loser!
Pink guy rolled his eyes...
-Don't mind him... He is a pain in the arse sometimes. Well most of it.- He said moving closer to him. -And to answer your question, we have a hideout here as well. Some of our friends are there now, you could join us if you like. Oh and, I am Nico by the way!- he said adding a small smile.
-Nice to meet you! I am Cody...- he looked to the front seeing Dylan. -Nice to meet you too, you mean arse!- Nico burst out laughing while Dylan chose to ignore him.
-Come on Cody... We have people to see...- Nico said while struggling to breath.
-And they return!- screamed a ginger who opened a door for them. Dylan and Nico stepped in giving boys slaps on the back or "Bro-Hugs" on their way to the ragged couch and sat next to a brunette. Cody shyly stepped in container and walked deeper into the "room". There were 7 people including him in the room. Nico, Dylan, brunette, ginger and two other black-heads. Ginger finally noticed him and asked: -Hello! How's that?
Before anyone could respond brunette next to Dylan screamed: -That's a cookie!
Everyone stood confused.
-A chocolate chip cookie to be exact!- Some cracked a smile, others like Dylan and Nico stayed silent only to roll their eyes.
-Agh!- he groaned. Cody only now noticed that brunette had green highlights in his brown locks. -Look at his face! Its like a cookie and his eyes are like chocolate chips! Ow! And look at those freckles on his face! Those look like chocolate chips as well!- he rushed enthusiastically.
Suddenly everyone burst laughing, even grumpy Dylan creaked a smile. That looked nice on him...
-That's one way to put it...- one of the black-haired guys said.
-I am V!- said a brunette and smiled brightly at him.
-V?- Cody questioned
-Well... My name is James and when I met these dummies they started calling me Jay-Jay. I told them to call me V... It's better then Jay-Jay, isn't it?- he added with a small laugh.
-Nice to meet you! I am Cody...- he responded politely.
-Aw... He's cute...- purred ginger -I am Ryan.-
-Thomas and Carter...- said one of the black-haired guys.
-Nice to meet you all...-
Ryan took a red plastic cup and passed it to Cody, who gratefully took it. Ryan's ocean blue eyes twinkled mischievously. -You drink, right?-
-Go easy on this guy, will you?- said Dylan who was quiet all this time.
-Don't you worry!- said V -He is in good hands!-
-Well burn it up then!
