I wake to my phone alarm going off I rolled over and switch it off and try to fall back to sleep, then my phone rings and I sleepily answer "Hello" i said sleepily "Hey someone's a little sleepy?" I heard Jay say down the phone "Hey jay" I said to the phone "I'm heading to the gym in your apartment complex wanna join me?" Jack asked "Sure I'll be there in like 20 minutes" I replied while getting out of bed and putting my hair in a new messy bun and finding my Nike work out clothes "Yeah that's cool I'll see you then" jay said hanging up I threw on this Nike work out thing:

Cleaned my teeth and face then filled up my water bottle and found a sticky note and wrote a note for Grayson and Ethan 'at the gym xxx be back at around 10:30am' I stuck it to the table and headed down the gym.
"Hey Dani!" I heard Jay say "Dani?" I said chuckling giving him a hug as we walked into the gym "Yeah it's short for Danielle" Jay said "I like it, what we doing first? Cardio?" I asked "Sure lets do cardio for 30 minutes on the bikes for 15 and another cardio thing for the other 15 minutes" Jay said as we headed to the bikes I adjusted my bike and we went hard at it for 13 minutes and cooled down for 2 minutes then we did another cardio thing "Weights?" Jay said "Yup" I replied drinking my water and heading over We started with light and work our way up doing weight moves as we went, we did this for about 20 minutes until a kick boxing class opened and we did that for an hour then a core muscle work out for 20 minutes, after that a 10 minute stretch our and cool down.
"I am well and truly dead!" Jay said as we walked out the gym sweating "That was a great work out" I said yawning "Yeah we should work out together more often" Jay said "Yeah! Wanna come up to my place? You can shower there" I said as Jay nodded yes We headed up to my apartment and there was another note of the door I read it and it said 'please..I love you Danielle..' "What's that?" Jay said as I took the note off the door and walked Into the apartment "Someone keeps leaving silly notes on our door, probably just some kids playing around" I said putting this new note down next to the other note that said 'i did care', there was something familiar about the writing but I didn't think anything of it.
"Can I use your shower?" Jay said "Sure you can use the guest one, here's a towel" I said getting a towel out the cobaored "Thanx" He said walking to the shower
I went to my room and showered really quickly and dried my hair and changed into this:
