Without any idea where I was going, I heedlessly plodded through the snow. It was 4 a.m, dark and my boots were covered with six inches of snow in downtown Chicago. The bare-leafed trees were laden with snow. Gloomy thoughts engulfed my mind. Despair lurked in the shadows of my heart. Hadn't slept properly since months.

There was a long road. The cimmerian night contrasted with the glowing trees. I saw a car with Patricia driving and it just wouldn't stop. I screamed and the car just flipped. NOOO.
I woke up drenched in sweat. These nightmares just never stopped. It's been two years and it seemed like yesterday. Two years since that night. Couldn't believe that two years have passed since the accident. Didn't even realise where that time had gone. What am I doing here? Stop this right now, Michael. Before the guilt gnawing your soul starts ripping you apart. My brain commanded my heart.
