The Escape

Unbeknownst to her that the villagers are ready to attack her. She was a nymph who was purposely transformed into a human by the Goddess of nature to revivify the arid land of Tierra, and to ascertain the cause of the destruction. However, her secret has been divulged, and the villagers held her responsible for all the miserable transpirations on the land. The nymph namely Diana was at the forest when the villagers decided to eradicate her. On a boulder, she sat whilst looking around the majestic forest that the Goddess has been protecting for so many years. She had amazedly stared at it, like it was her first time. But her amazement abruptly swung into poignancy when she had seen the massive decimated part of Tierra.

Tierra has been her life, but its current condition saddened her so much. Her eyes spurted of tears and she can't help herself anymore. She had then wondered how awfully unmerciful the unknown one who made the tremendous destruction. It took a moment for her to snap out from contemplation, and when she decided to descend from the boulder. The birds were talking to her- expressing their sympathies.

Diana was walking towards her house that was made of wood and stone; when on her way she encountered, a young gnome wearing a leaf like clothes and a cape made up of rabbit's skin.

"Diana! The gnome cried. You should escape now! He continued.

Diana felt uneasy with the utterance of the gnome. She spoke then.

'' Why should I have to? Asked Diana.

''Because the villagers are about to kill you!''

Diana got astonished with what she heard. Her eyes were googled like she could not believe it.

''My friend you have to hurry! You need to see the Goddess who sent you here before your life be taken from you! The gnome sounded worried this

time.

Nymphs are creatures who can transform to any animals that they want, and even trees and any plants. But, their powers have limitations too. Nymphs could not transmogrify into a human, because it has been forbidden by the Goddess of nature long ago. The land of magical creatures is nowhere to be found on human world, because it has been nestled on a dimension that is beyond reach by humans. And every mythical creature is also forbidden to communicate with humans, otherwise one would be punished by the Goddess.

Diana hurriedly ran towards her house, and the gnome followed her.

The gnome has been persuading her to escape from the imminent danger that she might have faced, but Diana refused to listen and still headed towards her house. When they reached the place, Diana had immediately entered the house and grabbed a casket.

''Diana what are you doing? The gnome confusedly asked.

Diana was gasping so hard like any human do.

''Hurry! Reminded by the gnome.

'' You know the rule Diana! You can't die with that form, or else you would be vanished forever!''

Diana seemed to get struck by a lightning when she heard it. The rules of the nature are indeed powerful and obedience to it is the life to all the living mythical creatures. Their souls are like of humans...when its residing body is gone, the soul should need to leave, too. Strong paces were loudly heard as it created pounding sounds. The gnome noticed it and told Diana that the villagers were near. The Diana looked so scared and her human body jittered so hard.
