Chapter 20

Louis' POV

I still haven't brought myself to tell Jade I like her. It's already been a week since her birthday. It's December 20th. Almost time for my birthday. Turning 20. Wow. Where has the time gone? It's also time for Christmas. Maybe I'll tell he then or sometime between then and the next ten years. I just can't bring myself to tell her the truth. We've gotten closer though. Apart from my um special feelings for her she's a great friend. Good listener and he's fun. Funny also. Right now we're watching a movie. All of us. It's The Hobbit. I really like this movie. It's at the part where Frodo meets Golum. I don't really know why but Golum's so ugly he's actually kind of cute. Wait, what? I'm so weird I even surprise myself sometimes. But back on topic I'm almost sure I'm gonna tell her on Christmas time. Before we all go to visit our families. Which is in about one and a half weeks. Or maybe just before we go. That way if she says she doesn't feel the same way, there won't be much awkwardness. Yeah. Then I'll do it...

I then start trying to think of how I'm gonna tell her.

Harry's POV

So it's 4:30 in the afternoon. I've noticed that I haven't really spent some real private brother/sister time with Jadey since she got here. I get up and say: "Hey, um Jade could I talk to you in the kitchen?" "Sure, Something wrong?", she says as she follows me into the kitchen with a confused look on her face. "No nothing's wrong. I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to go spend some time with me. Like you know brother/sister time. It's just that I've noticed that we haven't been able to spend some alone sibling time together and well yeah. What do you say?", I say. "Yeah. I'd really like that. Thanks Haz. So what did you have in mind?", she says. "I was thinking maybe a movie the ice cream or something?", I say. "Sound great. How about at 5? That okay?", she asks. "Sure. Great!", I say smiling. We both walk back into the living room. This is gonna be fun. At the end though I'm gonna have a talk with Jade. I wanna let her know that I'm here for her. As her big brother I will protect her and care for her even though I'm only older by a year.

Jade's POV

I'm glad Harry asked me to spend time with him. I have actually wanted to do this for a long time. Before I had met him I'd always wanted a big brother. And now I have 4. (Im sorry but i just had to do that!)Louis doesn't really count as a big brother obviously. I see him as much more. We've gotten pretty close since our last late-night talk on my birthday. He's really funny and laid-back. My favorite kind of people. Well it's 4:30 pm. I guess I should get ready for when I go with Harry. I go to my room and open my closet. I decide on jeans and a sweater. Casual but nice looking. It's almost Christmas anyway. So I hop in the shower and after a good 10 minute shower hop out. I get dressed and flat iron my hair a tad. I also put on light makeup. And look at the time on my phone. It's 4:55. Nice! I walk down the stairs to find Harry waiting by the door. "Hey Jade, I was just about to call you. Onward and upward to the cinema!", he says. I giggle and play along. We get into his car and drive there. As we unbuckle our seatbelts and get out, the wind picks up a bit. We walk into the movie theater and buy our tickets. We had decided to watch a comedy on the way. Harry buys the snacks and I help him carry them into the room where we are supposed to watch the movie. ( I forgot what it's called so yeah :| ) there aren't much people here. While we wait for the movie to start we talk about almost anything and everything. It's really natural and I'm having a lot of fun. The movie starts and we shut up so we can watch it. *about 2hours later* we get up and stretch. We also talk about the movie. Ya know our favorite parts and stuff. Harry says he wants to go for ice cram and I happily oblige. I love ice cream. It is seriously one of the best things ever invented! we decide to walk since the ice cream parlor is only a block away. On the way there it's silent until Harry decides to break the ice by asking one of the most awkward questions in history. "Hey Jade, you know you can tell me anything. Right? and that I won't tell anyone else if you don't want me to. ", He says. "Of course Haz. Why would you ask though?", I reply. "Well I have a very important question for you and I want you to answer me truthfully. ", He says looking me in the eyes as we both sit down and wait a little before ordering. I only nod looking back at him. "Do you like Louis? Like really, as more than a friend?", he says. How did he find out? I realize he's waiting for my answer and sigh. I promised to be truthful and I can trust Harry. "Yeah. I do. But don't worry. He doesn't like me back so it's not a big deal. ", I say. He shakes his head chuckling a bit. "Doesn't like you back? he's crazy about you. He's got the biggest crush on you. ", He says. Could it be true? I decide to just wait until I hear it from Louis himself. The ill believe that one. "Why would he like me back, Harry? he can get any girl in the world just by winking at them one time. I can't really believe they one till I hear louis say it. ", I say truthfully. "It's alright. I'm pretty sure he'll Man up sometime soon. ", He says. I only blush. He giggles at seeing me blush and I try to hide my face. "But that wasn't the only thing I want to ask you. I wanted to tell you that you can count on me for anything. And that if in the future if a guy ever and I mean EVER treats you badly. Louis or not. You will tell me. Because I will march right up to him and make his sorry ass regret it. Alright? promise me that. ", He says. I giggle and shake my head yes. " I promise", I say. "Good. I love you, lil sis. ", He says smiling. "I love ya too big bro. ", I say smiling as well. "C'Mon. Let's get some ice cream. We get some ice cream and eat it. After they we both jump into his car and drive home since it it already late. That was the best brother/sister bonding time ever. I hope there will be more in the future because I really like talking to Harry. When we get home everyone is asleep and I look at the clock. Holly it's 11:30 we were gone for a long time. I say goodnight to Harry and go up the stairs to my room. I crawl

Under the covers of my bed and quickly fall asleep.

Sooo Merry Christmas again guys! I know it was yesterday but I refuse to believe Christmas has already passed. Im sorry if you didn't like the chapter. I wrote it kind of in a hurry as i wanted to update this one as soon as possible. I threw in a cute brother/sister moment between harry and Jade. What did you think? As you can see the Christmas chapter is not already up yet. I'm sorry I'm a tad late but just pretend Christmas hasn't passed yet while you're reading this. ;D so yeah. Let's see.
