Hiyori doesn't want Yato to fix her body. At first she did, but decided against it later.

She's afraid of what will happen after Yato does fix her, She's worried that she will forget all about him and Yukine.

Thankfully, in return, Yato never planned on fixing her from the beginning for similar reasons.
