The Seagulls of Iosagain

Freedom

Sarah spread out her wings and pretended to fly,

"Im a Seagull" she laughed and then she fell and rolled over in the fresh green grass and pryed the fresh loaf of bread apart and started sprinkling it in her hair to see if the seagulls would dare to pick it from her hair.

But she was far to loud and giddy for any seagull to even consider coming any where near her, they simply flew away and dissapered in the clouds.

"Uhh" Sarah sighed "I Can't stand the way we are stuck at school all they when them seagulls can just come and go whenever they like"

Ellie spotted Carlton ripping open the sky, Carlton was the biggest seagull any of the girls had ever seen, they had not seen him in a while

He never landed he just swooped and soured and well he just chilled in the air.

"Freedom" Kat whispered. "They are so free"

Ellie smiled then vicously hurled a chunk of bread at Sarah who had been trying to stay still for more then ten seconds who then exploded and she sighed and then threw her bread at Ellie.

Then Tubby the smallest of the seagulls edged his way to the space where the bread was, he noded his head saying "Gimme"

The girls edged back and the little bird took a big lump of bread.

Then he flew back into the sky going whever it is seagulls go,

Free as a bird

Freedom.

The sky painted blue

with the clouds plump and white

Freedom Oh Freedom

It made me take flight

Keeping me from you tonight

But the wind is getting harser

and the nights are getting cold.

Then one they the came

and Freedom they took you away

Looking us up like animals

and told us to stay.
