Chapter 7

*Back at the studio*
Monday morning

Abby's POV:
"Come on girls, pyramid time. Before I start, I would like to say well done to all of you for getting through last week considering what happened. I would also like to say well done to Maddie and Brynn for that Duet. It was breathtaking and you got a special judges award. You both should be proud of yourself. Right, onto the pyramid. On the bottom Jojo, you forgot your dance. To be honest, I didn't think you would make top 10. Well done. Next Kendall, you only had the group and you bobbled your turns. Kalani, same as Kendall you only had the group. Not much to judge you on. In the middle we have Nia, you came 4th with your solo. That was the best I've seen you dance in a while. Next is Brynn, your solo came 2nd, and your duet with Maddie was breathtaking. You pulled out of the group though! Otherwise you would be on top just like Maddie, all the dances you were in came 1st." Then Nia rose her hand and said "Miss Abby, who is the other picture on the pyramid?" So I pulled off the picture that was on top of Maddie's and said Mackenzie is right at the top of the pyramid and this is where she will stay because of everything she has gone through and we will always have her if the studio with us. Her picture will stay there all day every day!!"

"Right onto this weeks dances, the group dance is entitled Lemonade. You all have solos, I also have 3 duets and 2 trios. This means you will ALL have 4 dances each. Do you think you can all handle this??" They all nodded, so I continued "Right then,
Solos;
Maddie - Dancing Barefoot
Brynn - Sink or Swim
Jojo - Dance Doctor
Kendall - Watch me fly
Nia - Love Overdose
Kalani - Out of my mind

Duets;
Maddie and Brynn: Run from Mother
Kendall and Jojo: Lucy and Ethel
Nia and Kalani: Snake Charmer

Trios;
Maddie, Kalani, Brynn: Nothing's gonna stop us now
Jojo, Nia, Kendall: Girl Fun

Group;
All the girls: Lemonade

Maddie's POV:
I recognise all these dances. Mackenzie has done all of these in different seasons of Dance Moms. I love what Miss Abby has done.

Abby's POV:
"Who has noticed a pattern in these dances?" Maddie was the only one who raised her hand. Then she said "All of these dances are dances that Mackenzie's has done." So I said "Yes Maddie is correct. So all of these dances will be dedicated to Mackenzie at the competition." So, go and look  at the schedule then make sure you are where you need to be at the right time. Chop Chop!"
