The dogs and I get out of the house to take a walk. We've walked at least past nine blocks. We walk past a vineyard and I see another dog. It looks like this: all black fur,(with no other colors),really light green eyes, and sharp claws. It also had other dogs behind it. They all were black too, but they had a silver streak either on the right side or the left.
"Guys?" I say to the group.
"Yeah?" Connor responds.
"Who are they?"
"Oh that's Voodoo and his minions. They're bad dogs."
"They look scary."
"They're supposed to. They represent darkness." Ames says this time.
Then Voodoo speaks.
"Hey Jonah. I heard that you had a new friend."
"Yeah we do and as soon as she learns how to use her extraordinary gift, we're going to defeat you once and for all." Jonah says with anger.
Voodoo leaves dramatically and it scares me a little.
"Jonah, what in the world is my gift?"
"I'll teach you later."
"Teach me what??!!"
"Your gift is being human and being a dog. You have night vision instead of having regular color at night. You're stronger and faster than all of us. If all of us work together we can beat Voodoo's evil ways, ROSY!!!"
"Fine, what will it take?"
