I was happy to be back in Florida. I love Colorado but I hated the reunion we had. I don't like my extended family. I was really excited to see Eric. I love Eric. He's like a big brother to me.
"hey babe"Dayton greeted me at school
"hey"I smiled
"how was Colorado"he asked
"It was fine but I love it here"I said

I was curious what was going between them. I pushed it to the side and went on with my day which was pretty boring actually. After school the girls and I decided to hangout before I went to Dayton's house. We went to get some ice cream and just talk.
"the boys are going to be mad at us for eating ice cream before dinner"Marina laughed

"how's everyone's life"I asked

I left and headed to Dayton's house. I didn't see Dayton's car but I knew it was ok if I went in. I mean I have a key to the house. I walk in seeing  Eric but not just Eric.

Then I did something that I would have never thought I would have done.I slapped his face hard. His head jerked to the side and his jaw tensed up.there was a huge red hand print on his cheek.His eyes were full of anger and before I knew it I had a beautiful view of the sheets and my bottoms where coming down.

He stopped and stood me up between his leg while rubbing my sore red button

"Dayt he's your only brother. He's the one you look up to still.why does him liking guys change that"I asked looking at him
"it's not that though.gay people get beat up and made fun of and don't do well in society.yes I'm upset he's gay but only because I don't want this person I have and still do look up to get beat down by society.like you said he's my brother and I don't these bad things to happen to him.hes always here to protect me and I want to be there to protect him.Ella I love him to much to see him get hurt by a society he went to fight for.its not fair for him and I don't want to see that."he sighed

He held me for a little before going off to talk to Eric.when he went to talk with Eric I decided to talk to Chase.
"so Chase tell me about yourself"I said
"well I'm gay. My parents hate me for it. Very dominate and controlling.honestly don't know how I got so lucky with Eric. I'm a pretty good doctor.oh and I plan on asking Eric to marry me soon"he said

"so Dani how long have you been dating Dayton"he asked
"since the summer of freshman year so almost three years"I said

We talked some more and I learned a lot about him. He seemed like a really cool guy.Eric and Dayton talked for a long time because I had went to bed and waited for Dayton but ended up falling asleep.I felt him snuggled against me.
"mmm"I semi woke up
"shhh just me beautiful"he kissed my cheek
"night Dee"I snuggled against him
