I woke up and sat up in my apartment, yawning and rubbing my eyes. I pull back my covers and sweatdrop. Laying next to me is Natsu Dragneel, my best friend and companion on our missions. As I look past him I see the familiar blue cat that wears a green backpack everywhere and anywhere. I shake my head and get up, deciding to let them sleep. I didn't know how they got in- scratch that- I knew exactly how they got in. I walk over to my window and shut it before heading to my dresser and grabbing clothes for my shower, my towel already in the bathroom. I turn on the water and shut the door before undressing and stepping inside, letting the hot water cascade down my slim body and tense muscles. Our last job was a disaster. We were supposed to act for our client but Erza got nervous and everything went downhill from there. I shake my head to get rid of the thoughts. I needed a positive attitude for our next job today and this one will be a success. Once it finish cleaning myself up I get dressed and walks out of my bathroom, noticing the boys weren't on my bed anymore. I look over at the kitchen and my eyes twitch. They were eating all the food in my fridge!

"Hey! idiots! That's not for you guys to be eating! And Natsu... That's Erza's strawberry cake you're eating.." I say as my face and his pales. A knock on the door sounds and Natsu squeals before grabbing happy and opening the window.

"We'll see you at the guild bye lucy!" He then quickly leaves. Traitor.

I then walk over to the door and open it up, seeing Levy and Wendy at the door.

"Good Morning Wendy, Levy. What made you stop by?" I ask. It was rare to see them this early at my house. Wendy smiles and grabs my hand and places a flyer in my hand. I look at it for a bit, reading it before looking up.

" This should be a piece of cake , thanks guys. Also, Levy how's the book I recommended to you?" Levy beams and gets excited."it's the best book I've read yesterday!" She giggles.

I chuckle and invite them in. They sit down and we start to converse as we sip some tea. I nearly spit mine out when Wendy asked about yesterday. She didn't get to go with Natsu and I yesterday because she promised Romeo to go with him.

"It uh... went well?" I said in more of a question. I could see the confusion on their faces but quickly change the subject. "How was yours with Romeo , Wendy?"

She blushes a bit and averts her eyes , telling me that something happened or that she really likes him. I look up at the time and curse softly.
"We should head to the guild so i can get the full team Natsu together to go on the mission." I get up and slip on my belt ,keys, and shoes then heads for the door, holding it open for Levy and a blushing Wendy. We head to the the guild and open the door, immediately ducking down as a table is thrown our way. Natsu and Gray were fighting again and I sweat-drop along with Levy and Wendy.

"Oi shrimp!" A certain iron dragon slayer calls out, levy answering with an annoyed tone."yes Gajeel?"

Gajeel smirks and makes his famous 'gihee' laugh and leads Levy away to talk . Wendy and I walk to the table where Happy and Carla were sitting." Hi Carla and Happy" They wave and we sit and wait for Erza to stop the fight. She was eating her strawberry cake Mirajane made for her. She got up when she was finished and pushed their heads together, making them fall.

That's one way to do it..

When they all gather at the table i place down the job.

Job : dark wizard guild has been making magic portals and leaving them places. Stop them please!

At the last part our eyes nearly bulged out of our heads. 30 million jewel is a lot ! Someone must've been real rich to offer that much.

"WE'LL TAKE IT!" Natsu takes the job flyer and runs to the masters office.

"Wait flame brain!!!"

"Natsu! Get ba- and he's gone. We better pack and get tickets for the train"

And with that, we headed out on our mission.

Hours after getting a complaining and puking Natsu on the train, we get to our destination and talk to our client . He points us towards the dark woods and we walk through.

"This is a bit sketchy don't you think?" Gray asks as he steps in a puddle and makes a disgusted sound.

"Of course it is, that's why we took it right lucy?" Natsu intervenes . I look over at him with a look "Don't bring me into-AAAAHH!" My foot slipped and I triggered a portal, falling through .

"Lucy!" Everyone shouted. But I soon hit the ground and coughed heavily.

" ow..talk about a hard landing.." I sit up and rub my head a bit, looking around before hearing screams and two thumps behind me. I turn around and look at the two idiots. A blue haired idiot and a salmon haired idiot laying on top of each other twitching. I face palm and look up, Carla carrying Wendy and Happy carrying Erza,safely landing them on the ground.

" I'm not healing them." Windy states and crosses her arms."I warned them"

I soon hear the sound of hooves and shouting . I turn my head and see about four people riding on horses, a stoic faced guy, an angry looking guy , a blonde guy, and an emotionless looking girl. They stop in front of us and we stare at them

"Oi brats, what are you doing out here when there's titans around?"
