Okay okay, writing about two of my OCs, Grrrreat. Because OCS are totally not edgy or whatever. Yeah. They're both object heads, Tana(the black tv)and Serpentine(the green TV). I was going to make this a comic, but eh.
Locked in an examination roo...
"I thought you loved me." The words glowed onto the man's head screen in a pale blue text. The voice that emitted from the TV was emotionless, dragged out, like a robot. He didn't move at all, considering he was hooked up head-to-toe in wires, needles, tubes, and the like. The man was wearing nothing but boxers. He laid on his side on the examination table, the only dim light flickering.
The other one, wearing a dark jade vest, a black undershirt, sturdy gloves and shorts, was preparing a needle injection at his station. "Uh, huh." He mindlessly answered, as if Tana was actually speaking to him like a normal person- er, object head. Serpentine's TV, in place of his head as well, was a bright green in the sunlight, but in the poorly lit room, it looked more of a pastel color. The antennas sprouted out and curled in, square like. His shoulders had small, pale green horns protruding from them. Two on each side. He had normal legs, of course, but he's finding a way to give him the ability to shapeshift into what people call a "naga." He still has a dark green rattlesnake tail, just like a kitty tail. It swayed back and forth as he worked.
"I thought this was my safe space." The pale blue text changed. Again, the voice was emotionless. Tana still didn't move. You couldn't tell if he was angry, upset, scared, happy, insane, or anything. "Well, it isn't." Serpentine muttered under his breath, checking the needle if it jammed or anything. Sharp as a knife. No, sharper. Serpentine gazed over at the examination table. "Hey, I told you to stay up." He hissed. Tana sat up, the wires and tubes following him. Serpentine strolled towards him, his footsteps making almost no sound. He held up the needle and susurrated the words "give me your left arm." Tana, immediately lifted up his left arm. Aside from the equipment hooked to him, his arm was tattooed with beautiful flowers, circles, ribbons, etc. all in pastel colors. It disgusted Serpentine. Not because of the girly colors, because of the symbol on his shoulder. The flower.

Serpentine was no artist. He's a hacker. And somewhat of a medic. Most of them trusted him as a medic. He sketched that in his notes afterwards.
"Why are you acting this way?" The text changed on Tana's, cracked, almost shattered screen. It was cracked in such a way, Serpentine lead to speculation that he was shot before. The main cracks lead to one single round one, glass connected and surrounded it. Serpentine didn't answer this time, too focused to find a vein. He poked the needle at his skin where he assumed a vein was, and pressed into his skin. Tana didn't flinch. Instead of moving, his screen changed again. "I want to love you."
Serpentine sighed. "That's a lie." He partly answered and partly muttered to himself. The icky-gooey-stuff inside that needle was a dose of the aftermath of BSS. Black Substance Syndrome. They don't like to talk about it. They just need to test it on certain people to see how it spreads. "What can I do to make you love me?" Tana's screen changed again with his robotic voice. He didn't seem to notice that he's getting a lethal injection. Or did he? Serpentine ignored him again. He pulled the needle out. He didn't even add any alcohol or numbing process, so it must've hurt. For a human. For object heads, they're much more pain resistant and strong. They have blood, organs, muscles, skin just like everyone else, just not in the facial area. That's always replaced with an object of some sort. Nobody knows what's inside of an object head's head. And nobody wished to know. "Do you love me?" His voiced dragged out more this time, but only ending up sounding like a slowed down robot. "No." Serpentine shook his head. "I don't." Serpentine reached up and turned off the light. Tana's screen faintly glowed. Serpentine set the needle down, washed all of the supplies and put them away. "I'm only human." His voice glitched a little, with the screen spiking slightly. "You aren't." Serpentine left the room and shut it, automatically locking it.
