Touch me like I'm brand new
And call me beautiful names
Tarnish my beating heart
And show me I'll never be the same
Prove to me I'm nothing
Kiss me then walk away
Hold my body bare
Make me think you'll stay
Fix up my bruises
And bandage my trust
Demonstrate how easy it is
To pretend to be in love
Pick me up at night
And tell me you never received my texts
Aid me in believing the lies
Until you've convinced me to get undressed
It's getting personal now
How obvious can I be
But you're in lust not love
That's something even I see
Yet would it be so crazy
To give me a chance
But how dare I even consider
You'd give my heart a second glance
