(Just because Christmas is this week)

'Good morning everyone' Newt yells with the biggest grin on his face. A few of the gladers awake tiredly: others try to go back to sleep.
'Come on guys. It's Christmas. You agree right Y/N?'
'Of course. Thomas, Chuck get up. Come on it's Christmas!'
'Thanks Y/N, without you these shanks wouldn't even have christmas'

We all go out of the homestead into the winter wonderland of the glade. Snow all around with icicles from every tree. A beautiful tree has been sent through the box into the centre. Lit beautifully with a present for each of us underneath. Thomas runs ahead and rips his present open, he gets new running shoes. Standing and jumping for a while from his excitement.
'Best thing ever!'

After we all opened our presents under the tree, we brought out our presents  to the others.

Everyone exchanged gifts with the typical merry Christmas smiles. Newt pulls you aside and hugs you.
'Merry Christmas Y/N'
'Merry Christmas Newt'
'Y/N I love you'
With that, he places his lips to yours, a truly beautiful Christmas
