In a small island that's encircled by rushing water, Assembly's take place here on full moons, and Seer Gathering's on a regular half-moon's basis, or whenever deemed necessary. It's located further south and in between both territory's, and the area around the river is mostly covered with mossy pines and boulders. To reach the island, one must go through a series of rather slippery stepping stones, so precaution should be taken, and no cats should rush or shove whilst on the rocks For safety reasons, young apprentices below eight moons old can not attend, and any kits or young apprentices being taken for guardian or other disputable reasons should be carried by jaw. Not every cat attends Assembly's.
