It's been too long, Aria thought to herself. If no one has come to free me yet I have to save myself.  She had been in captivity to long without hope of escape. But today, she had a chance, today is the day she might be able to actually escape. Today.

Her plan had taken a while to make up with it being crazy hope and bold rebellion. But now that the she thought about it and worked out the kinks, it actually seemed possible. Her captor went out on "Official business" to have a meeting with the king. And all she had to do was get past the Dragon, which was chained up in the main cave. and she would be free. Or at least out of captivity.

She was stuck in a round, roughly dug out storage room that had been temporarily changed into a prison. It wasn't a very good one either. The walls were soft and she could chip pieces of rock with her fingers, and there was the fact that she had no shackles, well at least no physical ones. There were magical shackles that bound her from leaving the small room that the Magician had put on.  Ok just focus, remember what he taught you. Breathe in, Breathe out. Slowly she calmed down and was able to feel the magical chains around wrists fall away. Yes! She could feel herself winning. Just a little more... The magic fell away.
