I haven't watched a lot of black butler, but the butler himself (I FORGOT HIS NAME) is a really cool guy cause he saves ciel from danger and stuff ^_^
And i don't know why your question is in caps, there's a button on the left of the physical keyboard called caps lock, click it a few times and test it out, it should be back to normal :P
