Wish I could say I love you,
Instead I wishes him good night,
Wish I could say I miss you,
Each time he's out of sight.
Wish I could just let it go,
Instead my feet sank deeper in the snow,
If only my heart can take it slow,
Instead I ran into a closed door.
Wish I could tell you I'll wait,
But I walked away instead,
Wish you would stop me at the gate,
But I understood what's unsaid.
