I took several deep breaths as I walked around the corner. Thump, th-th-thump, thump, thump. There went my heart, racing at about five thousand miles a second. God dammit... I thought to myself, holding my stuff close to my chest. This was quite possibly the most nervewracking thing I've ever experienced. [Best friend's name here] was off with her boyfriend, so I had no support whatsoever. I finally came to the door that led to the source of the anxiety, excitement, and "heat" when I hesitated. "Get yourself together, [your name here]. They are people, just like you... except, they're not. They're motherfucking angels of music who are much more important than you... Well, fuck it. I'm going in." I mumbled like crazy person, quickly knocking on the door. "Comin!" I heard a female's voice say loudly. Thump, thump thump thump, THUMP! Shut up heart! Stop beating for a second! I thought angrily, my eyes widening as the door opened.
Standing on the other side was the beautiful(engaged) Kirstin Maldonado, and she was smiling at me. "You must be [your name]! Come on in!" She said cheerfully, stepping aside slightly. I blushed as I walked into the room, Kirstie walking behind me. The very next person I saw was Jesus (Avriel Kaplan)... running directly into me. We fell to the ground, my stuff flying out of my hands. "Oh God, I'm so sorry, are you okay, [your name]? Let me help you..." Avi said, helping me up gently. Kirstie rolled her eyes, saying, "Watch where you're going, Avi! For God's sake." Avi let out a deep chuckle, his voice giving me chills. "So, Scott and Kevin are taking a little nap, but-" Jesus was cut off by the sound of the door opening. That sound filled me with anxiety, because if Avi and Kirstin were already here, and Scott and Kevin were gone, that only left...
