A new fusion came out of the light. The Sapphire was in shock, as the tall figure looked down at her.

The gem had a blue kimono with pink highlights, which went down to her feet. Her gem on her eye was revealed, showing a light pink tint to it.

She kneels down, and said something to the gem. She seamed to understand, and ran out of the room.

Suddenly, the gem spoke.

" I know your good somewhere in there Peridot. You don't need to serve to homeworld. "

Peridot came out into the light, with a strange look on her face.

" You can see how earth really is. A happy, beautiful place. Where everyone can be equal."

She held out her hand, smiling slightly.

Peridot held out her hand too.

And shot the gem straight in the head

The figure stumbled back, and was in a white light again. The two gems fell apart, and Peridot fired her arm cannon once more.

Steven tried to make a shield to protect his loved one.......

But the blast hit the gem.

And a shard fell to the ground.
