In the food I indulge. 


I eat what I want at regular meal times

Without checking the  live well label once.


My parents read them out as if it's a bible

"231 calories in that portion" 

" 50 in that cream"


Yes, I want to loose weight, isn't that the craze?

But no, I don't care about diets. I don't see the point.
