Stars are like pictures
Some people look at them as a work of art
Others as a picture to remember good times
But stars are like pictures
They make me think of the good times in the past
They make me think of my close friends watching over me.
They relax while amazing me, free me and loose me
But some nights they are covered in dust, waiting for a breeze to blow it away.
On these nights I don't usually see what's on the canvas,
But sometimes, just sometimes , a star in the picture shines through and I can just see it.
Stars are like pictures, a canvas in the sky
One painting, many interpretations, many meanings
But they all fit in this one starry sky
