Hi,My name is Dana Salvatore.I was turned at age 17. My older brother Stefan has returned to our hometown,Mystic Falls, because there is a katherine look alike running around.Katherine is...well was my bestfriend back in 1864 before...well nevermind.I am planning to return to mystic falls because I would like to reconnect with my family and find out whats up with the "look alike" .
P.S if you're wondering how Stefan and I were both turned at 17, we aren't twins, I'm just nine months younger.

Parking my red porsche in the Mystic Falls highschool parking lot I look in the mirror to make sure my makeup hasnt smeared
"Perfect"I say to myself before getting out of the car.I recieved stares from about everyone but only one person caught my eye.He had tan skin,brown eyes, and brown hair.I sent him a smile while continuing to walk into the school.
When I got into the counselors office i noticed that there was someone already waiting in line.
"Thank you"the familiar voice said.When he finally turned around he looked at me surprised "Dana!"
"Stefan!"I replied
"What are you-"
"We'll talk later,I need to get my schedule!"I replied not wanting to anwser any questions rught now
"Same old Dana always concerned with her academics"Stefan said and I could hear the hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"Ha yep,bye"I said waving Stefan off.
"Name?"the secretary asked me.
"Diana Elizabeth Salvatore"I replied with a smile.
"Give me a moment"She said waiting for my files to pop up.I removed my sunglasses
"No files,just give me my schedule"i said compelling her.
"here you go mrs.Salvatore"
"Thankyou"
It took me awhile to get to my locker but i finally found it.As I was getting my books from my locker a guy that looked a little high came and opened the locker right next to mine.
"Wow your so stoned"I said turning to him and closing my locker
"Leave me al-"he began to say but stopped when he looked back at me.
"Im sorry i just kinda got lectured by my sister this morning"He said turning back to his locker and putting things in his bag.
"Its all cool,I know the feeling"i said
"So you new here?"He asked me
"I guess you can say that..."I said not really sure on what to say.
"You guess?"he asked giving me a confused look.
"Oh i dont really feel comfortable with giving out all of my information to strangers,"I said leaning closer to him."Whats your name?"I said smiling
"Jeremy Gilbert"My smile faded when I heard his last name.I already knew Elenas name and that she is from the gilbert family."And you are...?"
"Ah ah ah dont like giving out personal info"i said winking at him"bye"I said walking away to try and find my next class.
