I walked out the door to see Chris waiting in the steps
"Where's gordie?" I asked wondering
Chris stood up dusting off his pants
"He went to verns I think"
Ignoring what he just said I replied "okay chambers where are you taking me?"
"Wanna go get milkshakes? Or something "
I nodded we started to head towards the main road into the town center
"About last night..."
Chris started and I didn't want think about how much of a baby I was that I had to run away but I still listened
"Sally is not what I want you know that and I'm sorry if I don't really know how to comunicate my feelings"
I smiled "chris you're doing just fine trust me"
He nodded , a few second later we turned the corner loud voices and havoc filled the air which only meant that the cobras were around
I saw eyeball and ace and all the boys sitting in front of the milkshake place I sighed
Chris tensed up as we got closer and closer
"Rose!" Ace exclaimed not in the way he use to this Time it was in a friendly way like he respected me
Chris gave me a look ,a confused one
Once we reached them we stopped
"ace" I said with a small smile
Ace gave Chris a nod if acknowledgement
The awkwardness was growing until it became tension when eyeball spoke up "You know brother, your girlfriends a feisty one really but she sure is also a hell of a good time ,I think Rosie should come Hang out with us more often .you know? Like she did last night ,then maybe I could show her how it's --"
Eyeball didn't get to finish his sentence because Chris punched him square in the jaw
"Holy shit" ace exclaimed with clear humor in his voice "Maybe I'm hanging out with the wrong brother"
Eyeball got up and tryed to lunge at Chris but ace was holding him back and I was already dragging Chris far, far,far,far away
