A picture of her dog
But she's smiling at me in the background
Wearing sweatpants and a white bra
"You've a lovely dog"
She tells me some of the terrible things
Men have done to her
While drunk
Alone at a bar
Beauty is a curse
A double-edged sword
And I think to myself
When you're so hungry to live
The world's monsters
Will punish you for it
