Jason

I walked to the park with Jason. It was Wednesday so it been exactly 5 days since I had given Daniel that note. Those of you screaming inside about the last chapter, feast your eyes on what Jason's says in this chapter.
It was normal conversation, so weird. I stayed for a while after school at the park. I explained to Jason why I wrote that note and why I told Daniel I liked him (Jason).
I had gotten a text saying that I was getting picked up. I finished the conversation with Jason then stood to leave
As I was walking away, I was grabbed by the shoulder and was whispered to.
"By the way. I read it."
I faced Jason. "What?!"
"I read the note. Daniel told me everything about how he felt about you and I read it."
I covered my mouth in disbelief.
"He kept it?" I asked.
Jason draped his arm around me and patted me on the back. "He kept it. And he said that he'll never throw it away."
Jason could be a jerk at times but what did I tell ya? He's sweet.
I couldn't hide the tears that formed in my eyes as I smiled.
He kept it.
He does care.
