Tam smiled and leaned closer.
"Who?"
"A beautiful man named nobody," Sophie deadpanned.
Tam's mouth hung open in shock.
"Come on, Sophie. I don't want to rush you into doing this, but Fitz has liked you for a little over a year, and Keefe's been in love with you since the poor lad's met yo-"
Tam clapped a hand over his mouth, his eyes widening.
"I wasn't supposed to say that."
But Sophie was already dragging him through the crowd to a more secluded area.
"That means Keefe's liked me for two years!"
Tam gave her a grin.
"That's devotion right there," he said smugly.
Soohie blinked, not getting used to the idea.
"But... How could I have not seen the signs?"
Tam leaned against the wall, examining his nails.
"No offense, Soph, you're kinda oblivious to anything and everything."
She glared at him, then sighed.
"I have a feeling you know who I'm going to choose anyway."
Tam gave a wry grin.
"Right you are there, Sophie. Honestly, I think it's the best choice. The green eyed bloke is more of Linh's type anyway."
Sophie sighed and ran a hand down her face.
"His eyes are teal, Tam. Not green."
He shrugged.
"Whatever. Is he going to have a fit?"
Sophie glanced warily behind her at the silver banged boy.
"I sure hope not."
