Chapter Nine|What Happened?

Alya's POV

Then everything flashed to black.

I woke up, seeing Nino with a worried look.

"W-What happened?" I asked while rubbing my head. I slowly sat up looking around at my surroundings. I was at the Library with Nino and the others. All I remember is akumas attacking us.

"Well akumas attacked and then suddenly everything became black. Then I woke up first but I was confused because we were here at the Library." Nino explained. I looked around again.

Someone is missing... I thought. Then it hit me. Marinette!

"Nino! Where's Marinette?!" I questioned.

"I was asking the same thing as well. Adrien isn't here as well..." Nino said. Then we both looked around one last time.

Were Marinette and Adrien separated from us?! But why them? I questioned myself. Then I looked even more. Miss Bustier was even with us. She started waking up.

"K-Kids are you alright?" Miss Bustier shot up. "Is everyone here?!"

"No!" Everyone said.

"Who's missing?!"

"Adrien and Marinette!" Nino screamed.

"This is bad!" Miss Bustier started panicking.

"Miss Bustier?" I went to Miss Bustier. "Can I search for them?"

"Uh sure. Just bring someone with you." She said. I smiled the grabbed Nino's wrist.

"Where are we going?!" Nino asked me confused.

"To go find Marinette and Adrien!" I said.

Marinette's POV

"Marinette? Wake up!" I heard a voice waking me up. My eyes slowly fluttered open revealing Adrien.

"Wh-What happened?" I rubbed my head and sat up.

"Hawkmoth happened." He sounded serious.

"Oh Hawkmoth..."

"But where's the others? And why are we in the gym?!" Adrien asked.

"I-I don't know! Last time we were at the classroom!" I panicked. I looked around once more. Then I heard our names.

"MARINETTE!"

"ADRIEN!"

"W-W-Who's there?!" I asked. He had a worried face.

"We better check out then.." He started walking. I hid behind is back. Then I blushed. AHH HE SMELLS LIKE CINNAMON AND... Camembert? What the-? Anyway, we were walking then we peaked behind the corners. Alya and Nino. We smiled. We went out the corners and ran to them. Then noticed us and hugged us.

"You guys! We were worried sick!" Alya said, still engulfing me and Adrien in a hug. Then she let go. "We have to go back to the library. Miss Bustier is there with the rest." Then we walked to the library. Everyone was sitting down, trying to calm down while Miss Bustier was pacing around. Then she noticed us.

"Marinette! Adrien! You're ok!" Miss Bustier said. The class looked at us. "Where were you?!"

"We woke up in the gym. I have NO clue how we ended up there." Adrien said.

"Phew. At least you two are ok. We will be staying here until Principal Damocles tells us what to do." Miss Bustier informed us. We both nodded and walked back to Nino and Alya who were siting on the floor.

"That was... Eventful." I said. Then I remembered. My earrings! I touched my ears and felt my earrings. Phew. Adrien did the same with his ring. But why though? Can he be- no he can't be Chat. He's too kind and charming and perfect an-

"Earth to Mari!" I snapped out.

"Uh-Uh... Sorry..." I apologized. Then Alya laughed a little.

"It's fine, really." Alya giggled. I blushed a bit.

"So... Whatcha wanna do?" Nino asked us.

"Hmm...." Then Alya's face lit up. She stood up. "EVERYONE WHILE WAITING LETS PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!!"
