Sorry, but no theories this time. I got no theories about what's about to go down.
But, there are some points I'd like to bring up.
Let's start with the Future Arc.
If you've been watching NicoB's reaction series to DR3, you may have noticed that he pointed out how Despair Arc started out with white transitions, them when Junko showed up it was half white, half black, and now it's all black, to represent Despair. Well, the Future Arc is still using black transitions. Here's what I mean.

I'm wondering if it will turn white to symbolize hope eventually. Well, we're nearing the end, so I have no clue.

This was one of my favorite parts of the DR games, and I'm sad they don't have it. I wish they did, this is good enough. Look at it, it's fucking incredible!
But, this is used to show a point of mine. The counter is at 9 alive. If it counts robot Miaya, there is a ninth person we don't know about, unless Hiro also counts. If Miaya robot and/or Hiro don't count, we've got a number discrepancy here.
