Monokuma mentioned in the first game that people were trying to force their way into the school during the killing game to free Class 78. Koichi here is one of them. He said "Kyoko", because he somehow knows that something happened to Jin and wants to keep his promise to watch over his daughter, which is probably the main reason he's so focused on getting in there.
