Just a few things before we start:
This is a supernatural story. There is an element of magic, although you aren't going to see fairies or werewolves or wizards. It takes place in a dystopian society where the laws of nature are very different, so yes, some characters do possess qualities that can only be deemed magical. That said, I try my very best to keep the plot and characters as realistic as possible.
Secondly, although this novel is tagged humor, it will get dark. I mean, seriously DARK. It won't seem like it for the first few chapters, but I promise you, it will. This is your only and official warning that this story contains mentions of sadistic abuse, torture, and trauma.
