I walked around the house, calling out names. Not that I don't like being alone or anything, just a little company seemed nice, ya'know? I secretly enjoyed Beth and Morty's company but Summer and Jerry, I could deal with out.
After looking for about three hours, maybe thirty minutes, I find no one. Lovely. I step outside to see a frantic and panicky Jerry and Beth.
"What did you do this time d-dumbass?" I smirk at Jerry.
"It wasn't him! Morty's gone!"
I shake my head and smile while hoping to god this was a joke. "Very funny."
"It's not a joke!" Jerry hisses.
My expression turns serious. "Jerry, you're the worse parent ever, go inside." I holler. "What happened that made him leave? God, fucking idiot." I mumble. "Dad." Beth turns to me. "It's not Jerry's fault or your fault or even mine. Just help us find him." She smiles weakly. "I swear, if you married a smarter guy-" "Help. Us." I put my hands up in defeat. "Fine, fine."
