Eric's POV
*Time Skip*
I woke up in a hospital bed. I see Cube, Ren, and Yella sitting down gathered around my bed.
"What the hell happened?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes
"You blacked out early this morning Eric." Cube sighed
"Am I alright? I'm sure that I'm fine." I say giving off a weak smile
That weak smile turned into a frown.
"The doctor didn't tell us yet. He says he's going to tell you when you're awake." Ren says as seriousness was in his voice
*Itty Bitty Time Skip*
The doctor walks in with his head drooped down. I look at him with concern.
"Doc, are you alright?" I ask as I sit up in my hospital bed
"I'm okay." Doc sighed
"Doc. I feel totally fine right now. See!" I say with full of energetic
No one was smiling nor laughing. I lay back a little bit in my hospital bed slowly. The smile that was on my face turned into a straight, serious face.
"Eric Lynn Wright." Doc said my full name correctly
"Yes?" I asked as sweat was dropping down to my nose
"You have HIV." The doctor says
Holy shit...I'm speechless. I widen my eyes a little bit thinking of those words...
"Are you positive?" I ask the doctor
"No, but you are."
"Dude! Why are you flaming his life?" Yella says as tears filled his eyes
I look at Yella with care written on my face. Yella's face was filled with depressed, sorrow emotions. He wasn't able to hide it anymore. It was just to much for him. Cube just sat there with his hand over his mouth. His eyes were widened as he was shock. Ren was laid back in the chair with a tear falling down his cheek.
"How the hell I get HIV? I haven't fucked anyone for a while!" I exclaim
"There are other ways you could've gotten HIV. Oral sex, sexual intercourse, mother to child, or sharing needles or works." The doctor said as he held in his lips
*Sharing Needles Or Works*
I start thinking on what happened last night...
*Flash Back Starts*
"Dre!" I try exclaiming through Suge's smelly hand
Pac was trying to keep me still. I was in pain already. Just by his hands being on me. My beaten up face told the whole story. The scars on my face burned really bad. My bottom lip had a odd bruise on it. Suge was saying threats in my ear. I trembled as I heard each word he spoke. My best friend. Dre sitting in front of me. Holding a needle and blood. I knew I was going to die tonight. No doubt about that. Life probably wasn't for me. It was good while it lasted...
Suge took Dre's hand poking the needle in me. The blood went into my bloodstream. Dre was making intense eye contact with me. His eyes were telling me to, "Die motherfucker. Die!"
My eyes were wide. This feeling I start getting all over my body wasn't no good feeling. I felt hot, sweaty. I barley couldn't breathe. I felt like death was right beside me whispering, "Say bye bye!"
I finally passed out...
*Flash Back Ends*
"Doc please get me out this hospital!" I exclaim as I get up out the bed with my hospital dress on
"You gotta stay here Eric." The doc told me
"No! No! No! I need to do some errands..." I say as I look into the doctor's eyes
The doctor sighs putting his hands up in the air.
"Come on ya'll!" I exclaim the others to come to the car with me
*Itty Bitty Time Skip*
All of us were in the car. I was sitting in the back of the car. I started coughing up a storm. The dudes looked really worried for me.
"Eric you dumb as hell for leaving that hospital. What is this 'errand' you gotta do?" Cube asks me as he turns facing me
"Look nigga. You'll see. ride around town." I tell Cube
"Why?" Cube asks with an attitude
"Because I said so!" I yell out of anger
Cube finally listen starting the car up...
Yella and Ren were just quiet. They were speechless...
*Time Skip*
Cube drove around town. But, I see something familiar...
