beast

i can practically taste your heartbeat screaming through your chest, like the tail of a rattlesnake when it comes across a weak bunny.

you remind me every other day, i love you and i care; but if you cared so much, why would you toss me in the ocean; screaming that you were leaving me?

you try to act like i'm okay, like we're okay. but it turns out that while you were becoming a screaming beast; i burst into a blue mermaid. and beside every disney tale, we all know; beauty doesn't belong with beast.
