I stay sprawled out on the grass when I hear the door open.

"You're missing out, Katelyn just smacked the living soul out of Travis."

"I had another vision. It was... Of my mother just before the, um, killing off of my village."

He sits beside me and lays down.

He's so close I can feel him breathing.

"Really?"
"Laurence?"
"Yeah?"

I look into his crystal blue eyes and he looks into my E/c ones.

"I-I have a question. It may seem stupid so you don't have to answer it but-"
"Go for it."
"Ok. I over heard you talking to Aphmau a day or two ago and you said that you had feelings for me?"

I feel heat building up in my cheeks. And I see him turning a deep red.

"I... Um... A-"
"Oh! I t-told you, you didn't have to answer the question!"
I sit up and look out at the village.

I feel the heat building up to a scorch.

"I-I'll be heading i-inside now."

I stand up and start to head inside when I feel someone tug my hand.

"Yeah."
"What?"

I turn to him but he's looking out at the village like I was.

"I do."

He lets go. I smile.

I start walking back inside when I see Aphmau and Kawaii~Chan pressed up against the window next to the door.

I pull the door open pretending not to see them and Kawaii~Chan falls on top of me while Aphmau falls on top of her.

"What in Irene's name?!" I yell.

I hear Garroth, Aaron, and Dante laughing.

"Don't make me kick your butts again!"

They all immediately stopped laughing and I pushed Kawaii~Chan off of me who was apologizing like there was no tomorrow.

"Chill KC. It's alright." I stand up and brush myself off.

"I better be going. I need some sleep."

That was a lie. I want to go to my village. I want to remember everything. I want to remember him. I want to remember Shunri, I want to remember Jordan.

I want to remember it all.

Everyone nods and I head out the door.

"Hey! Wait, uh, Y/n? Can I maybe walk you home?" I hear Garroth offer.

I turn around to see him with begging eyes and I shake my head no.
