Three empty words

Things happen.

He's like a wave. You know the easy waves? The ones that pick you up and put you down? No effort. Then it crashes further down. He looked like one of those. Harmless. Care-free. But then it fucking hits you. It hits you so hard you can't feel the bottom. You fucking lose yourself in it. You find yourself swimming in a ocean of hopelessness. You thought it was gonna be easy and gentle, you weren't ready for it. You can't find yourself. You're lost. And you'll never be yourself again. you'll survive and move on but that wave will leave a mark. These people look so harmless. It's so easy to love them, so easy to lose them. And I hope you lose this person before they hurt you. Because once you love a person so much you would do anything to avoid so they don't get hurt. Then they turn and then they start treating you like shit. Like you're fucking worthless. You wonder what you did, and you know what you did? You simply loved them. You loved them with everything in your body. You say those three words "I love you" with so much meaning. So much passion. And they say those three words back with not even half of that passion but you don't know it till it hits you. They don't care, they could give a shit less about you. You mean absolutely nothing to them. But to you, they're your whole fucking world. The first person you wake up and talk to. The person you to talk all day. The last person you talk before you fall asleep. The person you love and cherish so much. They make you so happy, you hurt other for the person, push people away because they aren't that specific person. Then that fucking person turns. And slowly but noticeably starts destroying you, they built you up. Put together your pieces and now they're slowly taking to back apart with out even know it but once you confront them. They don't stop they promise they will stop, that they'll change but baby. A person like that will never ever change.
